Hey LittleGu10124,
Just note that deleting the EA account won't remove the ban. If you want to appeal the ban, you can reach out to our terms of service team here.
If you're sure you want to delete the account, you can reach out to our live support team here.

EA simply doesn’t serve its players. Arbitrary bans, rejection of appeals, and the inability to reach a consultant have become routine for EA. I believe that if you were a player and your account was banned arbitrarily by a game company, you would feel bad too. Therefore, I solemnly inform all EA employees/representatives: I hope you can remove things like 'Consultants do not support this issue' and cases of arbitrary bans and rejected submissions that make players angry; otherwise, we will have no choice but to delete our EA accounts. These words reflect the voices of the players, and we hope EA can respond.

Does anyone know how to deal with it when a consultant doesn't support this issue?

Hi LittleGu10124,
I've merged two of your posts together as they seem to be about the same issue.
The best thing to do here is to follow the suggestions from EA_QueenBee. I have just tried the "Contact Us" option at the end of the guide in their second link, and was able to get to the form to create a case.
