Can’t play online with ethernet cable

Question

Hey all,I have had this issue for years, initially on the PS4 and now on the PS5:I am unable to play online in any EA game using a LAN cable/Ethernet connection (so far I’ve tried multiple generations of Madden, FIFA, Battlefield, and Star Wars Battlefront). However, playing on my much slower WIFI connection works fine. Every other game works fine on the LAN cable, just not anything on EA.Does anybody have any suggestions?Thanks!

It may be worthwhile trying to use Google DNS on your router:&nbsp;

@EA_Barry&nbsp;Thanks for the suggestion.I tried to use the Google and Cloudfare IPv4 DNS but neither seemed to help. I’m not sure if I can use their IPv6 DNS or not on the PS5 but I don’t see anywhere to do that in the settings.

@rkhylton  Is your WiFi network disabled when you try to play with a wired connection?

Hi, for my case, it is just the opposite . No isses while playing via ethernet but issue starts as sson as I connect my pc to wifi . Any solution?
