I've just ben through the same problem, and I found an easy way to delete the old game face, after a lot off looking around trying to call the method off the delete button.
At least this worked for me, all I did was loading this page AFTER getting to the stuck point:

Hi there,I know your answer is a few years old but I just stumbled upon the problem and that just fixed it for me! Thank you very much I can now load the page and try to re-create my gameface!
