Created fighters missing

I was suspended from playstation for a week for some messages crap and when I loaded back on ufc 4 all my created fighters (at least 15) were missing, I contacted support but they were 0 help and just made me repeats myself 10 times  then stopped talking to me and told me to report it here. Please help and support if you see this please up the helpfulness.
