Creating my gameface when adjusting the image, the image doesnt load
When I am creating my gameface and i try to adjust the image, the image doesnt load.. Please help!

Dear Barry,
I've tried your "solution", however the image is always off target (not by 90°rotation, but just off screen) and I can't make a decent game face with the presented options.
Also, I noticed your answer dates back to January 18th. It is now February 11th. When will EA come up with a fix for this problem? And by a fix, I do not mean "take your picture again in an other way".

Community ManagerIf you are not able to make a satisfactory Game Face without taking another picture, then you will need to wait until we restore full functionality. I do not have an ETA for that currently. ☹️
It still hasn't been fixed...
yeah, still not fixed...probably have to buy some sort of DLC for it to work.

For those that see this issue, does the image you use show up on step 2 after you select the file, like in my screenshot? http://imgur.com/a/4yLrJ
If no, what error do you get in chrome developer tools (F12 > Network, attempt to choose an image to upload). In my screenshot you can see it 200s for success.

Ya'll are fulla * for not fixing this feature for over two years, now I understand why people are ditching EA completely
its 2019 and game face still doesn't work..
