EA customer experience is the worst and more unreliable customer service ever

I got error 0x1 after playing this game since launch, I was not able to log in on my account and play my favorite game.

 I tried that basic stuff, delete and reinstall the app cleared cache and that kind of thing. As nothing helped to make game working again, I contacted EA for help.

After several tries I got the contact and I was asked to do everything again, try to log from other devices etc etc etc

Finally they said that the problem was with my Facebook account that was nothing to do to make it works again, so I was asked to create another Facebook account, just to log in UFC Mobile, and to make a lost of the fighters I had that everything would be solved quickly after I performed the steps I mentioned before.

I did it on the same day and waited for a week to have my fighters and the gold I bought back, so I start to ask for feedback from EA every 3 days, after almost 3 months I was replied that my claim was not right, basically calling me a liar.

I talked again with them and now they asked for the receipts of my purchases, I sent all to them and they gave me my gold back after few days. 

But my fighters that was the most important, after all it was my time invested on this game, they simply said that was an error and there was nothing they could do about.

I am very disappointed with EA and customer support, I am 35 years old and I buy stuff from EA since Fifa 98 for PS1. 

I will avoid any game from EA from now on, I know that just one customer is not important to a giant company like this, but from me EA will not receive a cent anymore.

    It does appear that as you have received the maximum amount of compensation adding the lost fighters is not an available option.

    We are sorry if the situation is not ideal for you, our Advisors do have strict rules on when and how much compensation can be allowed per case.

    It does appear that as you have received the maximum amount of compensation adding the lost fighters is not an available option.

    We are sorry if the situation is not ideal for you, our Advisors do have strict rules on when and how much compensation can be allowed per case.

    If it is not possible, why someone promise that ? Keith S. wrote it as you can see in the attached screenshot, it is also documented on the case. Over promised under delivery,  appears to be the policy for EA customer experience. Many other players says on Internet that got the fighters back after the same problem.

    I've got the same issue. And i know at least 5 persons from Russian community with that. I think that this problem isn't so rare and and it must be investigated by EA developers.
