EA Gameface is Frozen / Locked on a previous one

Hi there so I been having this Issue with EA Gameface regarding my completed scan is basically locked / frozen on the one on file called game face issue, and the other file is what I try to make ...

PS my issue is only with the EA Gameface .. this has nothing to do with how to inport the gameface to the game.

I was told in EA support chat to make a post about my issue or pay attention to the forum but I didnt find my issue
