Ea link to ps4

Im trying to play online ufc4 but it is telling me to reset my password everytime I log on but everytime I go to reset my password it says my account does not exist even though it does, I’ve waited the 90mins and tried again but still nothing

@matteoeatsfood,

if it says that the PSN account is linked to a disabled account, that most likely means that you've previously had an EA account, which is now disabled due to inactivity. I would suggest trying to find the EA account - it might be linked to another/an old email. If you can't find it yourself, I suggest contacting EA Support, who have access to account information and might be able to help you find the disabled account.

can you send in a picture of the exact message?

Are you sending the reset email to the right email, which is connected to the account?

i am new to EA and just bought EA play to get ufc 4 so I made an account but it says my ps4 is already linked to a disabled account so when I reset my password nothing happens and when I try to link my account on EA it says it’s linked to *****@disabled.ea.com or something like that..

I see EA persistent reputation of treating gamers like they are complete idiots or fools still remains. clicking on the EA Support link simply sends me right back where I started with the exact same problem. Maybe I am an idiot after all, but how is THAT a solution... because I need a REAL solution to the same problem and refuse to be jerked around by condescending staff or sent on pointless time consuming searching paths.
