Yes. I go to https://www.easports.com/gamefaceweb/ I enter my log in information. Once I submit my log in information the site automatically tries to download the game face I made 5 years ago. This is when I get the message "Generating Game Face Please Don't Close Your Browser." There has been an error communicating with the server. If the page does not load, please refresh the page."
Obviously refreshing the page does nothing, and the web page sits there with a spinning circle for hours on end.
There is no opportunity to create a new game face, because the site automatically begins to generate the old game face without allowing me to press anything.

it's 3 years later and this bs is still going. come on now. I've tried multiple ways of trying to get this to work. you would figure it would have been fixed
Hey ea_barry i made multiple faces.. when i try to create a new character to use a different face my first face keeps loading.. how do i get it to change to my new face??
