Yes. I go to https://www.easports.com/gamefaceweb/ I enter my log in information. Once I submit my log in information the site automatically tries to download the game face I made 5 years ago. This is when I get the message "Generating Game Face Please Don't Close Your Browser." There has been an error communicating with the server. If the page does not load, please refresh the page."
Obviously refreshing the page does nothing, and the web page sits there with a spinning circle for hours on end.
There is no opportunity to create a new game face, because the site automatically begins to generate the old game face without allowing me to press anything.

I have the same issue with "error communicating with the server", but I never created a previous game face. Any ideas? Anybody?

I'm having the same issue. No way to restart. This is very poor.
I still have the same exact problem. And I can't even find the page/site where I uploaded those pictures to.
