Game Face automatically tries to load old game face but game face wont load

For some reason when I log into game face, my old game face from 5 years ago tries to load without me wanting it to. The old game face refuses to load and just sits there stuck on "Generating Game F...

Whatever changes were made during the last 2 hours fixed it. Thank you!

I have the same issue with "error communicating with the server", but I never created a previous game face. Any ideas? Anybody?

This is happening to me too, doesn't seem to be working. Anything I can do to be able to use this feature again?

I too saw that error message, I just left it to its own devices and after a while it had successfully made my GF.

  I literally spent 2 hours waiting on this to make the GF but it never did. It's like it's stuck in thee for my account or something. I can't use it anymore. Already tried different browsers, computers, etc.... nothing works.
  
  Any ideas on what else I can do?

    OS: Windows 7 SP1+, 8, 10; Mac OS X 10.8+
    
    Browser: Firefox (v38+), Edge (v20+), Chrome (v44+), Safari (v9+).
    
    Graphics Card (Windows): Compatible with Direct X 9.0 (Shader Model 2.0)
