Game Face automatically tries to load old game face but game face wont load

For some reason when I log into game face, my old game face from 5 years ago tries to load without me wanting it to. The old game face refuses to load and just sits there stuck on "Generating Game F...

This has been a problem for me for about 12 months now. I don't how you got yours fixed but nothing works for me EA can you help me?

Ok I might exaggerating with 12 months but still its been since the game came out, so any help would be nice

  Hey, same problem even after trying across browsers and computers.
  
  Page will never load, is there any way to reset my GF alternatively?

  Having the same problem, page tries to load old game face and it never does. Can't delete old one or create a new one. Does anyone have a solution yet? Help!
