Game Face automatically tries to load old game face but game face wont load

For some reason when I log into game face, my old game face from 5 years ago tries to load without me wanting it to.  The old game face refuses to load and just sits there stuck on "Generating Game F...

im having the same issue as listed here.

is there anything you can do to remove my old game face?

i have the new EA UFC 3 game and I’ve not been able to change my gamer face.

please help me.
