Game Face Issue

I've tried to create a Game Face several times by using different size pics and different search engines however the same thing happens each time. It allows me to upload front and side pics and adjust the face size to fit (step 3), however when I get to step 4 the screen just continues to show the loading circle and never progress from there. Please help resolve this as we bought FIFA and UFC 2 for my children and we were all looking forward to using this feature.
