Game Face not working! Many Errors on website

Hi,

I just bought UFC 2 yesterday, tried to do my gameface and failed miserably. So ive searched the forums, tried all the solutions, and im still encountering TWO problems. FIRST I had the issue that seems pretty common with other players that my uploaded picture was zoomed in on the upper left side of the picture when arriving at the "marker" page. I searched around the forum and found the solution of zooming out my browser then zooming back in, Solved. But regardless this is an incredibly dumb and unprofessional issue to have to go through as the consumer. It seems this problem has been going on for months according to the forums, which is completely unacceptable.

SECONDLY, after I finally solved the zoom issue, now when I select "generate gameface" after aligning all my markers I get the error message of 

"There was an error uploading your photos and generating your Game Face. Please try again."   I Have "tried again" 20 times, and still not working. This is ridiculous. How many times am I Expected to "try again" until this works?
