I've also gone through the Game Face loop numerous times, tweaking this and that, to get "me" just right. Then I import into UFC - and get some alien-stranger looking back at me. Looking through the history, it is absolutely RIDICULOUS that this issue is nearly two years old and there is no fix, no reply, no NOTHING from EA. Wonderful. I'm contacting PS or EA customer support to ask for a refund. This game is broken and I don't wish to continue to pay for broken products. Perhaps if we were of the same mind and didn't purchase EA products, they would realize their customers actually ARE important and would try to at least REPLY to them. No fix, no reply, no "kiss my butt", no nothing. C'mon, EA - that's just wrong and it sucks.
This is still a problem. I tried to reach out to EA sports Help live chat and all they did was copy and paste links to there help page, which I could have easily done. What a joke. I was excited for this game but it sucks. Thoroughly disappointed all around with it
I'll post to add to this thread. So beat. I was so excited to try this GameFace business for the first time and its so awful. Chatted twice to support, one said they'd email me troubleshooting which they never did, the second just kept asking me what browser I used and if I installed the Unity Web thing. I have this amazing realistic "me" on the site, and it downloads this bug-eyed * into UFC2. So disappointing. I'm a freakin software developer and can barely navigate all the damn account pages in this thing.
