This issue is still occurring! Why is it EA have just stopped responding yet not resolved it..
I am having exactly the same issue with my UFC 2 Gameface fighter. The one on the website, created via the PC, looks exactly like me and really brilliant. Yet when I download the gameface onto my UFC 2 fighter, the avatars face is not the same.. Its like two different people?
I was wondering if the problem is; when you utilise the indepth feature tool on the website to make a better graphic (tick the box at the end), if this is then not utilised on the xbox game and infact you get the crappier version (if you don't tick the box)
However as requsted EASports (even though the reply wont arrive..) Here is the link to my images. I have included my mug shot front and side view, the gameface laptop front and side view and then the xbox front and side view.
Please look into this as its no going on for over 2 years... not great really..
Having the same issue. On the site it looks AMAZING, then once I import my gameface onto UFC2 it doesn't even remotely look like what I've created and see on the website. Shame. I was really excited to mess around with this. I hope it will be solved sometime but I doubt it since this topic is already so dated and the problem is still occurring....
Taking into a count the amount of issues my self and everyone has been having with plugins, browers and not being able to save our gameface. I've literally spend 4 hours+ trying to make this feature work. I finally make it work and finish my gameface and save it. I then download my gameface to PS4 - UFC 2, AND THIS IS WHAT I GET!
WTF EA.....
Serious letdown, i dont even know what to say about this.... :/
