Game Face (UFC 2): Can't create new face

@ImmovablePanda I have also tried picking the opposing gender when creating a new face, but it always results in me getting the old face out of the process.

    @ImmovablePanda Just a little update on the issue:
    Now when I click delete, the program doesn't even pretend that it deleted my old Game Face like it used to by sending me back to the initial gender select page. Now it just sits there on the old face and doesn't let me click any buttons. The only way to get around that was to manually go the the gender select URL and start over, but still I end up with my old Game Face.
