THE STEP 2 GLITCH HAS BEEN FIXED.
However... now step 3 isn't allowing me to advance.

me too. but it looks like same error on step2. They've fixed it so i guess it'll be fixed soon. Hopefully..
Honestly, with the way these people respond, you might as well just go to the help website now.
anyone worked it? I reported about step3 two times and they turned to "fixed", but it still isn't working. I'd like you guys to report this problem if you can.

Not surprised to know EA's done NOTHING to fix the new issue. Convinced they want to stop all traffic to the website so they can finally get rid of Gameface once and for all...
@EA_Blueberry over a month now. We're still waiting.
It is absolutely unacceptable that this issue is being ignored.
