game face won't download. have tried all fixes i could find

Every time i try to download game face to ufc it loads for a moment "importing face" then says failed and try again later. I've done this on ps4 ages ago.. can't seem to get it to work on xbox. I have...

Please help ea sports I have same problem game face is created all my accounts are linked same account. When I try to download gameface in ufc2 it says please try again later

Please visit the threads we have stickied at the top of these forums for help on troubleshooting Game Face. Game Face is an older feature and has not received any updates, while Windows 10 and 11 as well as new updates to Google Chrome/Firefox have released since this feature was implemented. Players may face compatibility issues due to their hardware and/or user error when uploading images that are either not compatible, size is too small/large, or formatted incorrectly.
