Game face won't load

Did you set the zoom appropriately on step 3 of 5?

I have been able to make Game Faces with a few different sets of images at this stage.

The EASports GameFace used to work and now it's not working correctly

we all getting this s**t happen and EA is not doing anything to solve this… I just would like to remember that we've payed 70€ for this game... NOT THE SERVICE EXPECTE TO BE…

For some reason the gameface doesnt lets us add eyebrows anymore

Yea The same thing still keeps happening to me also. EA needs to step it up. It is really frustrating and thats the reason for the feature.

Having the same problem as everyone else. Picture won't center, so I put it up in the corner, put the crosshairs in, get an error. Sometimes it takes me to a page where it looks like it'll work, and it says "error communicating with server." 

Anyone finally figure this out?

If you have set the zoom correctly at step 3 of 5 and still see this then that is a particular issue we are currently looking into.

Is there a eta when this issue will be fixed? That is the only reason I had bought this game is for the game face ft to work properly. Thank you.
