Ive tried uploading my gameface on safari, firefox, and chrome with all the updated versions. Photos are correct size and format, cleared cache & cookies, updated whole computer, and i still get "there was an error uploading your photos and gameface. Try again later." Is there anything i can do???

It's now February 1st, 2018, and this Feature still doesn't work. Instead of making your users waste hours troubleshooting this, either remove the service or fix it. IT DOESN'T WORK! VERY dissatisfied EA customer. You guys are lucky your basically the only company that has the rights to make these sports games, because your services are trash, and If I had other options, I'd gladly pursue them and spend my money elsewhere. All you did was dissuade me from playing UFC at all.

Ea gameface isn't working correctly. I get this error after i try to generate my gameface. There was an error uploading your photos and generating your Game Face. Please try again. Is the site being working on ? I would like to use this so i can upload myself into UFC. Thanks

This is EA. Just called EA for help. they helped untill they see no solution and just said it is a minority so they probably wont fix it... so EA: take your games and put them in your ***. you are making this option available for everyone, and now, still after many years the problem still isnt fixed. you guys are pathetic. I really hope you will go broke.

I have same f****ing problem! With release UFC2 also had the problem. Did EA help you?

It really sucks when you buy almost every ea game go through the run around get all things on the picture close to perfect as i can get and still end up wasting my time because of error ive done everything just like the example even took 10 pics so i was same distance as the example and nothing is there something wrong or anything i can do to fix it this is one of the reasons i bought the game for a what seems to b useless feature

I have the same exact issue. I see why EA does not have a support phone number... because they are unwilling to help. The only method of help they offer is to view the forums full of complaints for which there are no solutions. Thanks EA... you suck.

I hate to admit I just wasted at least an hour of my time uploading photo's and trying to get the game face to work without any luck. Now I'm left with a bunch of ugly selfies of myself saved to my desktop. Thanks EA.
