Gameface infinite generating, and unable to upload new image

i stucked on infinite gameface generating that says:
We are loading your Game Face. This may take up to a few minutes. If the page does not load after a few minutes, please try refreshing the page.
Nothing helped me, so by guides on this forum i typed in gameface ling gamefaceweb/select-gender. But when im trying to upload photo, it just does nothing, upload circle appears for a little, and dissapears after that. Can anyone give me advice? Thanks for helping
