This sounds network related. Have you tried checking your router to see if you have the latest firmware update for it? Have you made any changes to your network recently or any hardware for it?

Do you have anything plugged into the console's USB slots and have you tried re-installing the game? If you use an external hard drive, try installing the game on the internal drive. - 3 years ago@EA_Blueberry How can I install it in an internal drive

I think this could be the issue then. I would uninstall UFC 4 from your external drive and then detach it. Then check your memory for the internal drive on your console and make sure there isn't any UFC 4 files. Delete any you see.
After that, reinstall the game on the internal without the external drive attached. This could either be compatibility related or where files are located on both drives causing some conflict in the game running correctly. - 3 years ago@EA_Blueberry Uh I cant use my external hard drive because its unsupportable

If the game is already installed on the internal drive, I would try removing any devices plugged into the USB slots to see if that has any positive effect. - 3 years ago@EA_Blueberry I 'll by an external hard drive soon

You don't need an external hard drive to play the game.
Is this a digital or disc copy of the game? players might not be able to connect to the servers if they have a different regional version of the game. PlayStation Support will be able to verify that for you. - 3 years ago@EA_Blueberry Then how can I download this in an internal drive

It's the drive for your PlayStation. You would just install the game like you normally would. - 3 years ago@EA_Blueberry Re-install?

I'm sorry these steps are not working for you, @tokocasual10
At this stage I recommend contacting PlayStation Support to verify your PlayStation Plus membership is active and check with our EA Support staff below to verify if there are any restrictions accessing the online servers for this account.
Based off the reports we've seen this over the past few months we've determined these workarounds fixed it for the mass majority of players:- Use a default profile picture for your PSN ID account
- Sign out of all PSN accounts on the console, restart the console, and login using your primary account
Here is how to contact our Support:
