I've seen that cause connectivity issues. Can you try changing it to a regular PSN picture, such as one of the default options they offer?

What's your PSN ID?

When you go to profile.ea.com do you see your PSN ID under Connected Accounts/Connections?

Are you able to connect if you try WiFi or an Ethernet cable? I don't see anything that restricts you from logging in. Are you able to connect under a different PSN ID to see if it's account related?
