I signed up on beta in first day and i didn't get it

I dont know how you choose the accounts that may have beta codes or something. But i signed up for beta in first day and its really disappointing for me to not get it. (Sorry for my english its my third language)

Hello so I got an email saying I was gonna get the beta code but never did and I talked to 3 different employees and they said they don’t know how I got it

@valhallaroar I just talked to the customer support and they said I wasn't eligible for it anymore. The same must be happening to you and everyone else. And when they said I wasn't eligible for it they wouldn't even tell me why??
