I've experienced the same issues, here are my COSTLY steps that I've taken to play UFC 3 as I don't like UFC 4.
- Upgrade to Xfinity's 1GB plan - $150/month
- Bought a brand new XBOX ONE X - $499
- Bought a brand new XBOX ONE Elite Series 2 Controller - $199
- Bought new HDMI cables for the remote - $30
- Bought new cables for the TV - $40
- Bought a NEW TV yesterday supporting 120Hz - $699
That's the hard costs. The other costs of WASTING MY TIME on calls with Microsoft and Xfinity is beyond $$$$
ALL of the above DOES NOT HELP whatseover with my lag! I opened up a ticket to EA days or even a week ago and STILL NO RESPONSE! WOW!

Yes, the TV says it's on game mode also.
When I press the buttons even, I see a delay by at least 1 second.
