Invalid account

I can’t use any online features anytime I do it tells me invalid account and to go to help.ea.com and I’ve tried everything on here nothing’s helped. I also can’t use the players I got when I pre ordered. It shows they are installed but I can’t use them..

Try resetting your EA Account password. This will help in most cases.

If that doesn’t work, wait 90 minutes and try again. You may have tried to reset your password too many times and too fast.

My ea account will not allow me to log online or play online matches or gain progress....
wont even give me the option to re renter my ea account details, as soon as I’m on the menu screen it has me logged out of the EA account and there is no way in at all period
fix this for me ASAP, this virtually makes the game unplayable for Progress and online,
please fix before I demand a refund

Message comes up over and over again after entering menu screen.

@tyler_skeen47 having the same problem, online won’t be on and I can’t connect to my ea account as it says it’s invalid over and over. Have tried turning off my console/uninstalling the game and reinstalling etc and it still does the same thing over and over... frustrating!

I have a shared console and it lets me access the characters on my brothers acount but not my account even though I am the one who purchased the game.
On my brothers account I am online and able to access everything but on mine It will not let me go online nor access the characters I got for the pre order.

@theawesomeguy28 Weird... I also have another account for my wife. I’ll try hers and see if it’s the same for me

I can’t find anywhere to login in to my EA acc every time i go to settings to press it I just get invalid and tells me to come here yet i haven’t found any solution only others who have encountered the same problem it be is really appreciated if you help out 🙂
