Problem z ufc 4

Hi EA team and community,

I’m experiencing the same issue in EA SPORTS UFC 4 on Xbox One.

My profile shows “Offline” even though I can play online. My fighter has been stuck at level 1 since the beginning, and I cannot access Player Hub.

When I try to claim daily challenges, I get the error “Invalid Process (3)” or a message saying that the user statistics could not be retrieved from the progression database.

I’ve already changed my Xbox profile picture, fully closed the game, and restarted my console, but nothing has helped.

Could EA please investigate this issue and let us know if there is a fix?
