Community ManagerYou could be limited to playing others on moderate or strict NAT settings, reducing the pool of players.Try changing it to an OPEN NAT type to see if matchmaking improves. Here is how to do that: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/Hardware-Network/connect-network/xbox-one-nat-error
