Missing DLC Content
Hello, I have an issue with my purchase UFC 4 Deluxe Edition through Xbox marketplace. I do not have access to all the content that it claims to be included; specifically: "UFC® 4 - Starter Bundle Vanity Content" & "UFC® 4 - 500 UFC POINTS". All the other content downloaded and installed fine but for those 2 it's as though I didn't buy them. I have contacted Xbox and spent hours on the phone troubleshooting the issue and they can not assist me and claim the issue is with your servers. I have created a 3 cases through your support page and I have yet to hear back from a member of your team. All your page says is "waiting on player"and I can't do anything else but continue to open new cases. 2 of my 1 case says fixed and it is not and the other auto closed. I currently do have one open but that one is probably gonna just cancel it self again too. I would like to know how you plan to resolve this issue. Please help I am so frustrated with this process and I can't get anyone to contact me or help me.

Sorry to hear about the trouble you've had finding the rest of your content.
We are not able to review your account details or make any changes on the forums, but I did want to double-check a couple things here.
First off, this type of content is sometimes found under a different section of the shop.
On your Xbox, can you search UFC 4, then choose Show All Add-Ons to see if the content appears in that section?
If you're not seeing anything available there, you'll need to reach back out to support so they can take a closer look at your account.
I'd definitely avoid opening multiple cases at the same time so they aren't mistakenly closed as duplicates of each other, but if all your cases are closed please try opening a new case again so the team can take a look at this.
