My code for ufc 2 doesn't work

Dear EA

              My code for ufc 2 is saying it's invalid please help

ps it's not ea access it's just the only only one I could select

    Still not sure which code you are referring to. However, we won't be able to assist with codes and account management changes via the forum; for this type of issue you will have to contact our Game Advisors via EA Help:

    Start with selecting your country of residence to setup your contact. If your country isn't listed you should select either United States or United Kingdom.

    Now follow the numbered steps as shown in the picture. If you are unable to login you will also be able to create an anonymous case at this point.

    • The final page doesn't load? press F5 on your keyboard to reload the page or try another browser.
    • You get no contact options? you are most likely trying to contact the selected channel outside of operating hours.
    • Your country has no phone number? use a voIP program such as Skype to contact our UK channel via +44 203 0141818.

    As for your issue, what code is it exactly? Where did you get it? And what system are you on? For most console code issues you'll want to contact the support for that system, but perhaps with more context we can point you in the right direction.
