Online error

Can't join  or play online synced my account many times and redownloaded the game. Please help I've tried to troubleshoot and nothing helps.

    Hey there!

    Can you try signing out of all other PSN IDs on your console and then try logging into the game on your primary PSN ID to see if that works?

    If you are using a custom profile image for your PSN account, please try switching to a default version as we've seen that restrict online access at times.

    Thanks it now works I just had to log out of my other account 😀
