I took a look at the account you're posting with. It doesn't have an Xbox gamertag linked to it so it's possible you're resetting the password for the wrong account. If you don't know the email for that account, please try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/.
