EA_David,

I don't mean to disrespect but have you even looked at the posts on these forums? This is a known issue that opening ports and hard resetting does not fix.

It's epidemic, and your post proves you guys are borderline clueless. People haven't been able to play the game for weeks now.

@EA_David Hiding from the huge thread of people with this same issue I see. Your troubleshooting steps ARE NOT WORKING. We would like something more than "well just open your ports, reset your router and xbox, turn your whole house upside down" because we've tried everything except turning into God himself and STILL NOTHING IS WORKING. This is not just an EA Sports UFC issue, but all current EA Sports titles on Xbox One. This is absolutely outrageous, and for you to post in this recent thread and give us no update in the long-standing thread at the top of this forum is disgusting. I hope this company burns to the ground.
