Re: Cant play online

Hello um I tried that and it’s not working I’ve tried everything and it’s not working this is a serious problem and you guys need to fix it this is very bad buisness

I take it you're not using a custom profile image for your PSN account still. What happens when you try to play online? Do you get a specific error message? Where does it happen at in game?

We're not seeing widespread reports about players not being able to connect, therefore we want to make sure we troubleshoot potential local network issues to help get you back into the game. 

Having this same issue, it’s popping up an error and giving us a help website but it doesn’t tell you anything on how to fix the problem. 
not understanding why I can’t play online & all my other games I can.

Let's see if you can connect this way then.

Visit Help.EA.com and make sure you are signed out. Go to sign in and select the Xbox or PlayStation option. When you are fully signed in, launch UFC 4 and see if you are able to connect.

If you visit Help.EA.com and reset your password, are you then able to connect online? You have PlayStation Plus and Xbox Live Gold, right?

When you visit profile.ea.com do you see your Gamertag/PSN ID under connections?

I have ps plus bought ufc4 just for online. Getting error message tried resetting changing passwords everything that was suggested nothing is working.

Man you guyses games are so bad can you guys just * fix the issue I paid for this damn game and it doesn't even work

Are you still having trouble connecting online? If so, we recommend contacting our Support team at this point as we're not aware of any widespread issue of online connectivity. These cases on these forums appear to be account based as most players are able to connect online without any trouble.

No, it just repeats same please reset password error. I’ve reset it 3 times already, I can login on my phone but it won’t link to ps4 for some reason

It's possible you might not be logging into the correct account to reset your password. I recommend contacting our Support team so they can assist in helping it get reset for you. It helps to give them the PSN ID/Xbox Gamertag you play on so they can pull up the EA account you have it linked to.

No it does. It let u it just keep you recycling to change passwords even when u log in with ur linked account on the top! So now I can’t play and it is a unfortunate issue 

Same still happens now onn ps5
