Re: I have EA Play and it's still telling me to purchase the game after the Trial?

Hey, @Protector07

Apologies for the error message you're getting. That's a bug the team is aware of but we do have an easy fix. If you uninstall UFC 4 from your console and re-install from the EA Play List that should fix it. The issue lies where you had the Trial installed before and since the game recently went to the EA Play List it causes some conflict in identifying what type of version you have.

Let me know if you continue to run into any issues. Good luck in the octagon!

I'm experiencing the same issue, I've logged a complaint with the EA help service and they say they can't pick up that I have an active EA play subscription. I do have an active EA play subscription. I've deleted the game and tried to re-install it, but now it says I must purchase it. Please help
