Played the EA Access Trial

Reinstalled the game 4 times also did a console power cycle 4 times

I preordered from within UFC 3 but because i own UFC 1, 2 and 3 it said I received the Loyalty Pre Order incentive which I did according to my microsoft account I own it but in game it says I dont, but when visiting the store from within the game it does say I own 500 points but yet ingame I dont get those either.

i ordered the Pre-Order right from my Xbox Console like a Week ago 

yes I played the EA-Acess Demo but during my Demo Gameplay none of the Pre-Order Bundle was accessible during the Demo Gameplay & I figuered That was probably normal BUT

Today August 14th I had a 1+GB UFC 4 update & it also showed it Installing Fury & Joshua & in the Xbox Store (on Xbox) For the Game Section To Mangage add ons  or to Buy add on part, it shows Fury & Joshua Free (or Owned) & I am able to use them on the Game but the other Pre-Order bundle stuff it says I have to pay for the other part of the Pre-order bundle , I don’t if The Pre-Order Game purchase including the Pre-Order Bundle, got somehow distorted by downloading the Demo After idk

i was also told that if you bought Bruce Lee in UFC 3 that he would be available for Free in UFC 4 & I’ve purchased the Bruce Lee Bundle from each years previous Game like when he was available as well as  Bas, Sakuraba, Tyson Or Royce Gracie when he was  or Just him Etc, so it was nice to hear that this year I wouldn’t have too, so if you can help me with that as well it would be a great help, 

I HAVE A GUESS AS TO WHAT CAUSING THE GLITCH

Yes I played the Demo verision after purchasing my pre-order I then went to EA-Acess to play the Demo & so I think if you purchased the Pre-Order & Downloaded the Pre-Order version & then went to EA Access & Downloaded the Demo Version i remember that it glitches for a second & then goes to 100% downloaded & then you had to go to the Home Screen & back to get it out of that glitch..... & so I think that if you are on x-Box & did things in that order then it may glitch your Pre-Order bundle... did any one else who Pre-ordered & Demo, also do it in that order???

Yeah hope they fix this soon, my xbox account shows that I should have the kumite/backyard customization packs and 500 points, i got the fighters, have done all the steps listed and nothing.

Kumite/backyard bundle

Missing all fighter customization items.  I DID receive the additional venues, the 500 points, and all additional fighters. 

I've tried the hard reset and restoring my licences.  Like Happabear, the Kumite/backyard gear does not show up in my "Add ons" list.  I haven't done a full re-install yet, is it worth it at this point?
