Thanks for the bug report. One more thing to try is deleting the personal saved data. This can delete any changes to settings as well as offline mode saves, but normally those will download from the cloud. I can't guarantee that though. To delete the personal saved data, go to Settings/Storage/System storage/Saved Data. Locate UFC 4 and delete the saved data. Try again and let me know what happens.

Have you spoken with Sony support about this? Again, that error message sounds like it's coming from Sony and not the UFC game, but without a screenshot, I can't tell for sure.

- @EA_Aljo I had an user that I wasnt able to play online with it and when I was starting the ps4 I was automatically logging in this user then I deleted it and now I can play UFC normally
