Re: UFC 3 crashing on Xbox One everytime

Hopefully speaking for the majority of this thread in that we appreciate you trying to keep us up to date as much as you can. We know that you're only in a PR role and are not yourself actively trying to correct the problem. 

Thank you for keeping in touch and letting us know that the problem has not been forgotten. I too have the same frustrations as many on here, which is not the first time for an EA titled game, but I also understand the process. 

In today's world please try to take a step back and think about the situation and who you are speaking to. There are 10 pages of comments about the same problem. It's known that it is still an issue. 

Instead of spewing hate and hurtful words, bookmark this page, and simply check back daily, every other day, or weekly to see if there is an update. I'm sure @EA_Blueberry will be updating us on the topic at least weekly. 

Can't not agree I've been playing EA Games for as long as I can remember if we all stopped playing they would go out of business and that is what I will do in the future with EA Games definitely give it a second and third thought before I consider buying any game for me again even if it looks like I would like it.

With all due respect, I’ve been involved with games my entire life. I am still currently playing UFC2 and Have been following this thread for months. The same individuals have been requesting your help and support regarding a product Which they spent hard earned money for, and the best you can come up with is “the team are working on it”. Stop marketing ultimate team packs on FIFA and fix this issue. It’s a flat out joke to be honest. This is why Epic are making you look stupid.

How do I get a refund this is ridiculous. Who releases a a game and doesn’t even check to see if it works. Clowns.

EA will never give you a refund. By small chance you've owned the game for an hour and didn't play it, that's your only option to get a refund and or if you bought it from an actual store then you may have some actual leeway ,but you probably  didn't buy it from the store if you're on this site ,good luck, I hope they give it to you, I tried it was a waste of time.

Absolutely unbelievable how I can’t play. EA strike again taking our money for broken games. The amount of times I’ve tried quitting and restarting the game to try and get on it! Tried Microsoft and EA support which was useless. Better find a solution soon, fed up of waiting.

I have the same experience as Pearking.  I revoked the account and I could do offline Fight Now (followed Jordan's instructions and had 2 fights).  Waited a bit and relinked my account. I clicked on UT and it immeditly made the sound and dashboarded.

Classic EA 🤡s Games Still Broke. GO F**k Yourself, what company takes 2 months to fix a game? Yeah No one but you goofs.

Just Downloading An Update for UFC 3! Hopefully this is the patch we have been waiting for! Regardless 2 months in un acceptable. Thanks, If it is the fix. 👌🏼 Sorry for all the hateful and vulgar messages but we the community needed a point to be made, you can not sell and continue to sell a game when its broken.

This has been an absolute joke of service from ea. I have owned ea ufc 3 since release and have played everyday the fact I havnt been able to play for months has completely damaged my experience in the game we need compensating for this.

So I think I speak for the whole Community what was the problem and how did you fix it EA blueberry and what are you going to do to compensate us? I apologize I meant to the EA rep this is from not sure if a good blueberry or not either way almost 3 months with no game and no reason after you fix it with the update and no conversation even in game coins or credit we deserve that!

I agree completely it's not the same on top of that they didn't compensate us for three months of Lost they don't even tell us the problem they don't tell us how they fixed it we're just supposed to accept we couldn't play it for 3 months they also make us feel like idiots when they tell us there's no problem when I called and spoke to them three months ago or back in March for the first time and then it happened in April nope there's nothing wrong and finally The Forum site I found a few people like 2, and eventually hundreds of people started to complain about the same thing and he a just sat back and did nothing.

Well said.  Some compensation would be a smart move going forward for EA/UFC longevety.

Yes thanks, played few fights yesterday, it's seems it works for now.

Three months of not being able to play is way to much though, hence I urge you EA to take players feedback on game bugs/crashes seriously and IMMEDIATELY and not letting a month pass by before you even recognize that there is a real issue, like in this case, that's unacceptable!

Especially if EA's Chief Studios Officer Laura Miele said in yesterdays EA Play 2020 "Your voices are heard and we are acting on your feedback", end quote. But actions speak louder than words, that's why I don't agree with her statement. A team should always be there which is ready to investigate the gaming issues.

If EA sincerely wants to wash off their bad reputation - which they fully deserve -, then they have to change their relationship with the players and some of their business practices like the disastrous launch of BF5 and saying "Everyone's Battlefield", "Don't buy the game", the closing of some awesome gaming studios and giving them too little time to create a descent game! Good games NEED TIME!!!
