Re: UFC 3 Game Face Workaround Fixes

Looks to be broken again. Step 5 of 5 never completes.

Thanks for letting us know. Can you provide us this info so we can ping the team to investigate:

• Gamertag/PSN ID
• Is it not working on both Firefox and Chrome for you?
• Have you tried clearing the browser's cache?
• Confirm which step in the process it's failing on you and the exact error message

Same here @EA_Blueberry. Game Face seems not working on the 5th step (Create My Game Face part). Please help.

Can you please report back to me with these details and feel free to private message me the picture you're uploading if you're comfortable with that. We've only had a couple reports so far that it's not working compared to the significant volume of contacts we had last time. 

Maybe look at your forums again cause there is multiple new ones that are stating it is not working...AGAIN. This is ridiculous, I even tried it a few weeks back when you said the team"fixed" it. How about updating the damn thing from a 2016 software to 2020? I have tried for 3 years, every single one of you suggestions, and every time they have never worked. Seems like EA doesn't care one bit about GameFace. It is seriously ridiculous and extremely frustrating. I have never once been able to get it to work. From win7 to win10, every damn browser under the moon, clearing cache, cookies, whatever the flip else EA workers suggest, and yet here we are again and no one can do it. Specify what your team was able to create a game face on, like numerous others have asked, as in browser, computer set up, what versions of the browsers or even if we need to try it on an old win version. All we get it "it SHOULD be fixed" but here we are 3 years later still asking about a broken program.

Are you both still having some trouble with this and can you send me an image you're having trouble uploading? The images I've received so far in private messages had backgrounds that were not compatible with Game Face and we haven't received any further reports, thus I'm led to believe this is likely image or browser related at this point.

I have the same issue that a mate had before. When I try to connect to EA sports gameface and log in the login just sits there loading and then times out.

I tried on Chrome, Edge and Firefox.

Still not working. Dude, i literally bought this game to create a fighter with my face. Fix this.
