The team is aware of users getting stuck at a purple-like loading screen and working to address this. We sincerely apologize to those impacted and any frustration that comes along with it. We'll continue to update the threads I've linked previously in this post as we receive them.
A player in another post was able to get around a crashing issue by clearing their reserved space on the Xbox One. Although this is not a related issue, sometimes the same steps for one issue can fix an unrelated issue. Can you all confirm clearing the reserved space on your Xbox One does or doesn't work?Press [Menu] on your controller and select Manage Game. Navigate to the right where the Saved Data is located and highlight Reserved Space. Press [Menu] on your controller and select Clear reserved space. If the reserved space fails to clear, you should power cycle your Xbox One and try again.
