Are you able to advance if you make some cosmetic changes to your fighter?

I’ve had this problem for months. Ruined the game for me 2 weeks after I bought it couldn’t play it anymore. Power cycled, redownloaded. Even deleted original purchased download and tried when it was PS Plus Free Game.

Not to be rude because I know whoever is going to try and assist me isn’t responsible but I basically fired 70 bucks down the drain over yet again an egregious display of incompetence from EA.

Is there a fix for this * yet or what? I feel like the CEO basically walked in my room and took the money right out of my dresser it’s absolutely pathetic.

Same I did numerous things to try fix it nothing is working
