Redeem codes don't abailable

I buyed a UFC pre-order version. but when i used redeem codes of bluce lee and Gracie, they are don't work. just saying not available. and please check your entry.(E-82000134) plz solve this prob...

Hi, if you contact support they should be able to check the codes and proceed as appropriate.
