Are you creating a new game face on the website but still seeing the old one in-game?

If so, log in to profile.ea.com and check what personas are linked to your account.

game specific identities?  I don't have any.  Still can't get gameface webpage to load.

Make sure you are trying to access it via a PC and maybe try another browser.

Do you see anything at the right of the URL bar showing that something is being blocked?

If so, you can click on the icon and allow access.

i have this issue, i have account on psn, origin and xbox.... still; can t do a new game face, even if it has been deleted it s always reloading the old one

I have the same issue. I've used multiple browsers, opened incognito windows, different pictures, deleted my old game face, etc. Do we have to delete the old character that was game faced entirely in order to create a new one?

im having the same problem. I delete the old game face then make a new one and on the last step when it is generating my new game face that i am finishing making it just generates the old game face.
