@VAMZAM quick update, it seems to affect both players, if one hasnt done the hard reset, both in the match are affected
Glad to hear that fixed it for you.
To be clear, to power cycle the console you'll need to hold the button down on the console so it fully shuts down and doesn't go into rest mode. Putting it into rest mode may not prompt a new update. The team is investigating this, but we're seeing some players fix this by power cycling the consoles. I recommend doing these steps below. If the steps work or don't work, please let us know!
How to power cycle your Xbox console:
- Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
- Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
How to power cycle your PS4 console
- Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
- Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.
