Submission and Ground and Pound Bug! Game Breaking

After 4 hours of playing this game, i will be returning it to EB Games Tomorrow.  In Typical EA Fashion, it has been developed and designed in lack of attention to detail.  For having an All New Polished Submission being a key feature of the new UFC 2. I can, from experience, tell you. ITS FLAWED and Game Breaking.  In the first few fights, i didn't notice.  After fighting other fighters in higher rank with more submission based styles. I came across a Bug that in the end, STOPPED all my progress in Career and frustrated me enough to write a Bad review on every major Critic site i could.

The Bug: a series of delayed responses and input between your command(either submission, transition, or ground and pound strikes), that accumulate over time through out the rounds and gameplay.  for instance.  you will be in half guard and holding the analog stick to the right to transition to full guard, but it will not begin the transition timer, then all of a sudden you will progress or after a few seconds it will begin. It will say you successfully transitioned by blinking to inform you you were successful, although you have already been transitioned by your opponent.  At this point you will need to input another command to stop his attack, but your already delayed from the first one. and by the time the action to transition or defend begins, your already being punched or into the submission mini game.  The series of delayed responses and inputs begin to build up over a short time of a submission battle and ultimately ends with you being unable to win by submission or ground and pound because you are out of sync with what is being performed by the A.I. Opponent.  I can only imagine how online is, if there is any lag as well.

In Short, it renders the career mode unplayable after a certain time because if your character is a submission based fighter and you rely on the accurate response of your input to your actions.  You end up not being able to ever submit or properly escape or transition, thus never being able to win your fights.  This is complete NONSENSE for having to fork over 100$ for a game that has been through BETA and has flaws with basic mechanics.  Normally i would bite my tongue and try and see past it, but this literally was the last straw with EA.  After this return, i will never trust this company again with quality and support and many other things I've encountered with this company.  This is the last EA game i will force myself to give a chance, just to be let down again.  I HOPE WHOEVER READS THIS actually cares enough to make a change in this company. As, i know there are many and will be many more people like me, who have had enough and lost trust.  Back To The Divison!!! lol….Truly is Too Bad, as i was a huge fan!
