Top dawg said in his post he opened the ports and still didn't work... I mean its nice to see someone from ea kinda skim through people's posts. But this is a major problem. I still cannot access online games for ufc. Almost 36 hours now... And it's the ufc server. Battlefield 4 works fine online and so does titanfall. I'm afraid that by the time this issue is resolved that most people will have given up on the game.

Community ManagerI know he said he opened some ports but he may not have been aware that there are ports specific to this game that should be opened rather than generic ports:
To clarify:
Origin ports -
- TCP: 80; 443; 9960-9969; 1024-1124; 18000; 18120; 18060; 27900; 28910; 29900
- UDP: 1024-1124; 18000; 29900
UFC specific ports -
- UDP: 3659
- TCP: 3659
@EA_Barry Yes, i've opened up all ports listed. I've tried openeing said ports by static IP (which is also set on xbox one) by device name, and in an open NAT enviornment. None of those work. Multiplayer however works all other games owned with no restrictions. My internet connection is 20Mb down, 5Mb up with 0 packet loss after multiple speed tests and 2000+ pings to any major website (ie. google.com)
Please read our entire posts, and provide a set of clear concise instructions. Many users are experiencing the same exact issue and have yet to see any sort of resolution or admission that these problems exist.

-Furthermore, this game had worked without issues up until 72 hours ago (with the same exact setup). Since then i've made all the changes previously stated but I've been unable to play 1 single multiplayer game for EA UFC. [ALL OTHER GAMES WORK FINE]

thanks for clarifying the ports. I have a question hopefully you can answer.... I've played the game since it came out. And this failed session message happened for 4 days total.... I haven't touched the ports. How come it works most of the time, but won't work for days at a time? how do you open ports????????? and why would i all of a sudden have to open ports after playing the game for over a month??????
