I just finished a session with a network engineer from Google Fiber. We opened those specific ports, still could not connect. Then we opened everything, something you shouldn't do for security reasons, still could not connect. He then said if you can connect to other games, you could connect to this one a few days ago, you still can not connect now after opening all these ports, then it is an issue with EA.
So what now?

For now the troubleshooting steps are as follows:
Hard reset the console, for PS4 users shutting down and powering back on should suffice.
For XBO users, reset the XB1 network card and clear the cache:
- On the console, press and hold the Xbox button until the light behind it turns off (about 5 seconds), which means the console is off.
- After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.
- Plug the console back in and turn it on using the Xbox button. Power cycling will reset the network card and clear the cache.
Power cycling your modem and/or router should also be performed by users of both consoles.
I will look into this issue further and post any additional information that becomes available.

@EA_Barry
I've followed all provided troubleshooting tips and they've made 0 difference. I'm still unable to play the multiplayer aspect of this game. I am only getting a session failed to load error. all other videogames work (even other EA games) in multiplayer modes.
PLEASE GET BACK TO US ASAP WITH SOMETHING!!!!!
If nothing can be done by you, is there a supervisor or someone higher up I can talk to? I don't mind dealing with a tier 2-3 tech if they can actually offer solutions.

Same, what is the next step? Do I need to get on the phone with someone? Do we just need to start a refund process?
