This keeps appearing every time I try to play online. Any suggestions?

Also i have invited friends to my party that can play, when they try to connect to my game or me connect to them, their game freezes and resets. i read in other forums of the same exact thing happening to other people. if you guys have this same problem or dont know if you do please try to connect with a friend and play and tell me if im right. if so it just shows more of the same pattern of symptoms that are wrong with this current issue.

I've done the hard reset again on my Xbox I've thinking maybe something was updated.... Hard resetting didn't fix the problem which I knew it would.. If this problem is still going on by Saturday, who do I need to speak to about a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous

- Yeah I'm at the point where I'm about to ask for a refund. When I first got this game I was able to play online twice. It's been WEEKS now that I haven't been able to play. Please, admit there is a problem and you see it and are working on it. If this doesn't get resolved/acknowledged soon, I feel there will be another class action lawsuit on EA SPORTS's hands.
i agree , im about to ask for a full refund, i was able to play for a great amount of time and then all of the sudden the game stops letting me play online. ive had this problem for 3 days now. i purchased my game digitally which xbox says is non refundable. i bought a game that is broken? that is non refundable wtf? i will be contacting somone.
i just called ea for some support, they transferred me and then hung up on me.
